I just ran across a site, Carmelite.org, which carries a listing of all Carmelite saints, as well as those who are considered "blessed". Some have links with brief explanations and backgrounds.

A good site in which there are things like the basics of the Order online, is Secular-Carmelite.info. For starters, there is:
