I just ran across a site, Carmelite.org, which carries a listing of all Carmelite saints, as well as those who are considered "blessed". Some have links with brief explanations and backgrounds.

I am currently reading, Bread of Heaven. The brown scapular I bought 3 years ago, is once again on me. Please pray for me to find a spiritual director. I had the wonderful privilege to meet Sister Mary and stay at her hermitage in Wisconsin this past May 2. She is a Carmelite hermit in the diocese of La Crosse and has a serene hermitage that I highly recommend if you want to have a retreat! I am drawn to Carmelite spirituality, and just converted wholeheartedly to the CC 3.5 years ago! I love St Therese and St Teresa of Avila and so many more I'm getting to know in our glorious family!
